đźš© good pace

đźš© start off right away and sucks you in

đźš© love the cover

Overall I enjoyed this book, the pace of the story kept me engaged and it was a quick read for me for that reason. Poppy is a determined teenager who is head strong and knows exactly what she wants ever since she watched Princess Bride. From the Princess Bride Poppy knew what she wanted in a man hence the Dream Man list and she will never deviate from this list ever. Until we meet Cam, sweet thoughtful Cam. Not like a lot of the guys in school and keeps to himself. Cam’s grandpa is my favorite character in the book and made me miss mine. I love how Cam’s tenderness matched with Poppy’s self assertiveness. They complemented each other well throughout the story. I would suggest you read this book if you like a slow burn romance. I enjoy enemies to lovers stories and this is a cute one. I enjoyed the character development of Poppy and Cam individually and  together. I can’t wait to see what else Sophie writes in the future.
